Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Dr. Williams completed her Associate of Science degree in Biology at the College of The Bahamas, then transferred to the University of Miami to complete her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in December 2006. Dr. Williams earned her DDS degree at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. in 2011.
Following dental school, she completed 2 years of residency in general practice in New York. After residency, she attended Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics where she received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics in July 2015.
Dr. Williams is a Board Certified Orthodontist and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Williams is married to Dr. Roy Maynard. She enjoys running half marathons, particularly Rock n Roll Marathon; traveling; and attending dance or classical shows.
Dr. Fender received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia Dental School where he was Valedictorian and then completed his graduate orthodontic training at Vanderbilt University. Prior to college he was also Valedictorian his senior year of high school.
He has always strived to excel and be the best at whatever he set out to accomplish. Dr. Fender is involved in the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. Being actively engaged in these professional affiliations allows him to work closely with colleagues and peers so that he is able to provide his patients the most scientifically proven and tested methods of treatments. Dr. Fender is happily married to Hope and they have three wonderful boys, Austin, Andrew and Evan.
